Photos from Mary GrandPré Seminar

On Saturday November 21, 2015 GBAC sponsored an afternoon seminar with Mary GrandPré, well known illustrator of the Harry Potter books.

We had a full house (nearly 100 people) at the Bloomingdale Library for this event. It was a delight to have so many young adults and teens in attendance. We want to thank Mary, and her husband Tom, for a great presentation. Mary took us through the complete illustration process, from conception to story board to final printing. The Q&A session was very enlightening.

Thanks to Bloomindale Regional Library for allowing us to host this free to the public event!
